In this instructional video you will learn how to manipulate your movement to create different varieties of actions and dynamics to create variations in your body whilst not changing your steps. Very often we see a step and think it is its pattern and direction that makes it look a certain way, in reality it is the applied actions and energy changes that give it the appeal it has. Knowing the differences between the various possibilities will enable you to execute the same steps in multiple varieties of ways. Imagine dancing the same step ten different ways rather then having to learn ten different steps. Making yourselves aware of the different possibilities of changes we can produce through the body will help you emphasize your steps, create your own style in any particular movement and constantly evolve the limit of each pattern leaving you complete artistic control and never a lack of ideas. No matter the difficulty level or skill set, applying this knowledge will give you so much awareness that anything and everything will look as good as it can and more importantly can be forever changing.
